WR:新規作成で不具合内容、原因、処置内容、等の情報がPDFプレビューに出てこない、編集も出来ない

対応完了

DocumentModel に不具合内容・原因・処置内容・特記事項の4フィールドがなかったため、UI入力してもDBにもPDFにも保存されなかった。

変更ファイル（6つ）

lib/plugins/documents/models/document_model.dart — defectContent, causeContent, treatmentContent, specialNotes の4フィールド追加 + toMap/fromMap/copyWith/toPdfJson 更新
lib/services/database_migration_v31_v32.dart — 新規作成: DB v31→v32 で4カラム追加
lib/services/database_helper.dart — バージョン 31 → 32
lib/services/database_migration_service.dart — v32ミグレーション登録
lib/plugins/documents/screens/work_report_input_screen.dart — _save/_confirmAndIssue で4フィールドを DocumentModel に渡す
lib/plugins/documents/logic/document_pdf_work_report.dart — 「不具合・原因・処置」セクション + 「特記事項」セクションをPDFに追加

DE:で編集する時に不具合内容、原因、処置内容、等の情報を編集できない、新規作成画面とは全く違う

対応完了: v1.4.434

DE画面（DocumentPage）でWR編集時に不具合内容・原因・処置内容・特記事項が表示されず編集できない問題を修正。

変更内容

lib/plugins/documents/screens/document_page.dart — WR専用セクション追加（不具合内容・原因・処置内容・特記事項の入力フィールド）
lib/plugins/documents/services/document_page_business.dart — _load() でWRフィールド復元 + _buildDoc() でWRフィールド保存

操作方法

WR伝票をDE画面で編集すると、「商品」セクションの下に「作業報告書情報」カードが表示される。編集時はTextFormFieldで入力可能。
